Q: Do you offer wholesale, resale, or dropship programs?
A: Right now we are focusing on just our retail business as it keeps us pretty busy.
Q: How do I get a print catalog?
A: We are putting together a print catalog and soon we will mail them out to our customer automatically. So if your a customer or if you sign up on our email/mailing list you'll get one as soon as it is published.
Q: I can't find the product I want. How do I search for it?
A: We have put a lot of time and energy into providing optimal search functionality with our regular search box on our navigation bar but if you can't find what your looking for you can use our advance search feature here: Catalog Advanced Search
Q: What happens if I purchase an item, and the price is incorrect on the website?
A: If we make a mistake and price something to high and you notice it let us know and we will adjust the price for you. If the price is to low count yourself lucky, because we will honor the low price for you.
Q: Do I have to register to place an order?
A: No, you are welcome to purchase without an account. We do require an email address so we can contact you in case something goes wrong with your order and to send your order confirmation and shipping confirmations.
Q: I forgot my username and/or password to login. What do I do?
A: Don't we all. Way too many passwords to remember in this world! It's sad that we have to use passwords at all. One day there won't be any need for passwords (or money!). But if you forget your password hit the "Forgot Your Password" link and a email will be sent to you to create a new one.
Q: Can you ship my order to a different address?
A: Oh yeah, we can about ship your items anywhere in the world to as many addresses you want. If you want to ship to multiple addresses just click the button "Ship to Multiple Addresses" in your cart and follow the directions. (Note: An account is needed for shipping to multiple addresses).
Q: What locations do you ship to?
A: We in partnership with GlobalShopex ship to over 200 countries. Because we were getting request from some of our customers to ship overseas we set up relationship with GlobalShopex so to be able to provide service to the most people possible. We want everyone who wishes to have one of our angelic items to be able to have them.
Q: What are your shipping and tax rates?
A: Our standard shipping rate for orders under $97 is $7.97 for each shipping address and free shipping on orders over $97 that ships to the same address. We don't charge taxes at all for any purchase. For complete details see: Shipping & Handling
Q: How can I find out my order status?
A: If you've placed an order as a guest then you can check the status by going to this link: Order Tracking For customers that have created an account will have more detail order statuses in their account section under Order Details.
Q: When will I get my backordered items?
A: If you placed an order for an item that is back-ordered you will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel the order, wait or pick another item. If you choose to wait you will be periodically notified when the item will be shipped. As soon as the item comes into stock it will be shipped to you.
Q: Why did I receive my order in multiple shipments?
A: Sometimes an item will be shipped straight from the manufactures warehouse and if you've place an order for more than one item then the possibly exist that part of your order will be ship by us and part shipped by the manufacturer.
Q: Is my online order and credit card secure?
A: Totally secure! We use a very high SSL encryption on all our pages. Our website is scanned daily for any vulnerabilities plus your transactions are insured up to $10,000 just in case. So you can be 100% sure of safe buying here at Angels For Everyone.
Q: What will you do with my name, e-mail address, and other ordering information?
